HOW I LEAD
I've led in boardrooms, nonprofits, community organizations and the Georgia Senate. Each experience has shaped how I think about leadership - and reinforced my belief that lasting progress rarely happens because of one person or one idea.
For me, leadership is about investing in people, strengthening institutions we depend on, creating opportunity, bringing people together, and staying curious enough to keep listening and learning.
These principles have shaped how I've approached leadership throughout my career - and how I continue to do the work.
